The rules at a glance
- Every active planner needs a personal planner licence.
- Viewers are free and unlimited, including external partners. They only see content that has been shared with them.
- Pure administrators are free. An administrator who also plans needs a planner licence, but no additional admin licence.
- Each person counts once per organisation — regardless of projects, sites or additional roles.
- No commercial limits on sites, plants, projects or layouts.
Free viewers and administrators belong to an active trial or customer organisation. “No commercial limits” refers to prices and licences, not to storage or computing resources.

What is a planner licence?
A personal, assigned licence for a person who creates or edits planning content. Within your organisation it applies to all projects and sites.
Are viewers really free?
Yes. Viewers view the plans that have been shared with them — in unlimited numbers and without user fees, including external partners. They belong to an active trial or customer organisation.
Do administrators need a licence?
No. Pure administrators who manage users and settings are free. An administrator who also plans needs a planner licence — there is no additional admin licence.
Can I start with a single licence?
Yes. You book exactly as many planner licences as people actively plan — starting with one, for example as a freelancer. There are no minimum packages and no fixed tiers.
What do eight or ten planners cost?
With monthly billing, 8 planners cost €792 and 10 planners €990 per month. With annual billing it is €712.80 or €891 per month, billed annually at €8,553.60 or €10,692. All prices are net, plus VAT.
How does the annual discount work?
With annual billing you save 10% compared with twelve monthly payments: €1,069.20 per planner per year instead of €1,188.00. That equals €89.10 per planner per month. The amount is billed once a year.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The trial ends automatically — without paid renewal and without a credit card. If you want to continue, you book the planner licences you need and keep working with your existing projects.
When does Enterprise make sense?
When you need enterprise SSO, personal onboarding and training, a dedicated contact or an individual enterprise contract. The number of planners alone is not a reason — large teams can use the standard plan too.
Is there an on-premises option?
On request we review individual operating models: a dedicated environment operated by us, deployment in your cloud environment or operation on your infrastructure. We clarify this after a technical review and calculate it separately.
